IDC of Volusia

Each time I have had a prescription refill needed, they have been the most challenging to work with. Nikki is by far the most uncaring and self-absorbed individual I have encountered in health care. She says prescriptions are refilled electronically but yet blames the system for the prescriptions not going through. She also keeps saying I refill at Walgreens which hasn’t been the case in several years. When I tried to explain that the pharmacy isn’t getting an electronic refill, she says to call the pharmacy. Me calling the pharmacy doesn’t help. I asked her to call. She says she is too busy with patients to make calls yet I AM a patient and have been trying to get a refill for over a week. I asked to speak with Ms. Moody a few times and she says I can’t because she is busy with patients. Latoya Moody has always been caring and professional. I wish I could have spoken to her, but I refuse to pay for another visit just to share this ongoing concern yet again.
