Dr. Hilal is like a friend, not just a doctor. I've been a patient of his for fifteen years and have always received the utmost care. He He remembers my history from memory and always discusses with me past and future treatment and options. Dr. Hilal consistently takes his time at each of my visits and has a sympathetic bedside manner! The office is always clean and the staff are friendly!

This establishment needs to understand that a patient’s time is just as valuable as theirs. In two words. THE WORST, relative to the doctor not being on time and the lack of courtesy of the staff, to communicate with the patient as to the lateness. My long awaited appointment was today and I arrived 30 minutes early in order to complete necessary paperwork. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. During this time there were a few patients who arrived after me and were summoned to the back. In addition, a rather unprofessional atmosphere could be heard coming from the staff in the rear, who did not care whether I was there or not. After 40 minutes of being ignored, I advised the lady at the front desk that I was leaving and requested a refund of my copayment. She was very understanding and agreeable to my situation. Please be advised that I did not receive any treatment from the doctor. By far this had to be one of my worst experiences in any doctor’s office.
