Amazing!
Everything about this dentist office is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The office is clean and smells great. If you have an after hours problem they are very fast at getting back to you.

Wonderful experience
Everyone there is so pleasant and friendly. I'm so glad I found Jax Implants, I had multiple implants placed on the same and it was one of the easiest dental procedures I've had done! Dr Russell did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety.

Awful unprofessional
I called Jax Implants to become an established patient. I had an existing molar in immediate need of care prior to my scheduled tele health Appt ibm in boston snd was going to Jacksonville for implants. They never called me. I go sky hot Jody at front desk and while explaining my concerns Dm the call ended. She either hung up or lists all. Never called back. I keep calling requesting prompt 2 when I start to explain the call drops.
