Hurried
Dr. Day seemed in a hurry to get appt. over with. Very fast, accent hard to understand, gave diagnosis that I knew was not true. Didn't even dilate my eyes, said all was fine, see you next year. My visit with him last year was much better and unhurried. Not sure what changed. Apps. we're overbooked because not enough staff for the constant flow of people coming in altho the employees seemed to be handling the walk-ins pretty well. Will not be returning to Dr. Day and will be seeking a second opinion.
