I had an appointment in the Hallandale Office at 10am. I received reminders via email, phone calls and texts. I was reminded to do a pre-check in online. I was reminded to arrive early. I complied. I sat in the main lobbly for an hour and 15 minutes before my name was called. I then waited another 10 minutes in the waiting room for a 10 minute procedure. My time is just as precious as yours and you need to look at your overbooking procedures. This is highly unfair to your patients who comply.

The office staff is welcoming, but Dr. Moore is absolutely the best! He takes time to explain everything to the patient, is knowledgable and takes a pro-active approach when he sees something that does not look quite right. I have been seeing Dr. Moore since he first joined the practice and I am thrilled that I have such a great dermatologist to take care of me.

The young black woman at the reception area was very kind and helpful. She was polite, friendly and helpful. The Physician Assistant was informative and answered all of my concerns.

Dr. Moore is attentive, and kind. He really listens and he explains. I never feel like he rushes. He genuinely cares.

Dr. Moore and his staff, I would recommend to anyone! You must take into consideration that it is a dermatologist they are seeing, so Dr. Moore does take his time with his patients and is thoroughly a genius at his craft! So, there will be a long wait, but the wait is well worth it! I've been with Dr. Moore for almost 16 years, and it's always been a pleasure. This is the reason I wait to see him! His medical assistants are also an asset to his practice. The only downside to the practice is the front desk personnel. If it wasn't for Dr. Moore being such an excellent doctor, I would have left a long time ago! The front desk staff are not very welcoming or cordial. A 'good morning,' 'afternoon,' and 'hello' would be nice. All in all, I recommend Dr. Moore to anyone looking for a reputable, thorough dermatologist who is a genius in his craft!
