I only saw Alexandra Odocha like 4 times, she was great during those visits but the hassle of dealing with the cold and short worded front desk, it's not worth my time or frustration. On May 23rd, I was told I wouldn't need to come back for 6 months since my medicine was working, great. ??But then every month when its due, the pharmacy says the request for refill has been denied - so I have to call the office every single time I need a refill and then when I ask for a refill I'm told "You have to make an appointment." - It seems like no one reads any notes, they just schedule appointments for things that could otherwise be handled over the phone. I called today to make that very appointment and her office told me I *have* to see Alex, so I have to work my schedule around hers and they won't book me to see another doctor in the office. Sad, I truly hoped this place would be different but it's not.
