Dr Lemert is a very good dr but my experience with two of his locations was horrible, the first one was the celebration location just for a few minutes late due to getting lost I was not allowed to see the dr, the second time I went to Davenport office and the black female at the front desk had an extremely rude attitude that I even had to cancel my appointment just to avoid dealing with her anymore, I told her supervisor and the first time she called me she was nice and apologized but then my appointment was canceled again I tried to reach her but no response, after that I send a message through their portal in regards to such a horrible experiences and the manager called me again she tried to help and even asked me to give them a 2 chance, she called me a third time then the story changed she said the dr rarely goes to her office like she changed her mind of asking me to give them a second chance and made me an appointment with winter garden office the dr need to know all this.

The medical assistant here gave me misinformation and a misdiagnosis over the phone of lab results. Turns out I was not positive for the item that she said, and I quote "It's 100% positive, there's no chance that it's a false positive". The worst healthcare I've ever experienced in my life. With additional testing, come to find out, I'm negative for the item I was told I was positive for. Causing weeks of anxiety, stress, and trauma. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, during my annual I was asked if I had any questions or concerns and I brought one up. This resulted in me being charged a copay for my annual?! Other reviews line up with this.When I asked why I was told "because I had a question about _____" this is after I was quite literally asked, "do you have any questions or concerns since last year?" So I said, "Next time am I just supposed to lie and say no so I don't get charged for an appointment included in my insurance?" The response I got - a shrug.
