Something feels very disjointed about this clinic. MA's, Lab Tech's are so sweet, kind, offer great care as does infusion center. However, as a patient I have been left hanging for weeks not knowing where my treatment goes from here. I sent message in patient portal, no response. Our business is only as successful as the employee whom makes the first impression on our customers. The front office staff, schedulers, check out, etc. are very rude, curt, and "assume" that new patients know "the drill". These individuals are very busy. Perhaps a total revamp of the system needs to be made. Checking out has no privacy, you have to wait in a line when you are weak and ready to go home. My husband was treated for Leukemia at a different clinic and he never had to check out in such a thoughtless, stressed and demeaning manner. It is very rude to make patients stand there to check out while employees are taking phone calls. Brandon lacks compassion for patients by Check in/out staff.
