Although I'm very satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Lundberg, I am completely horrified by the office staff (with the exception of Nurse Mary who is the absolute best). Not only is it difficult to get a live person to answer the phone, but when you do, they are often rude and unprofessional. Trying to get something called into a pharmacy often takes weeks, many phone calls, and complete frustration. Leaving voicemails is useless. They never call back. The office manager pushed me off to another staff member, who was nearly impossible to get on the phone. They promised they were transferring me to a live person. Instead I got voicemail again. They don't care enough to call me even knowing that my call didn't get through to them. When I finally do get through, I'm so frustrated that my voice is loud and they treat me like I'm the problem, despite the fact that they caused it all. Why do I have to have my blood pressure raised every time I need something simple done?
