Intercoastal Medical Group at Lakeland Ranch

First I will say Dr. Thacker is great and thats where it ends. I have been going to him here for over 6 years now, the staff is hit and miss all along and now they are uncaring and awful. I caught a break through episode of Covid 19 in August 2021 after being vacinated and though I did not get very sick with it I started having issues with long covid. Some scary stuff facial, numbness, horrid headaches extream fatigue. Each time I have called in the last three months they can not get me in to see the doctor, give me no other options and totally dismiss me and my condition. In tears I begged for help and was very rudly dismissed. How is this alright? Does Dr. Thacker have any idea this is how his patients are being treated? I am sure not. What recourse do we have as patients, when we can not even get to see our doctors and our symtoms and health concerns are dismissed like we mean nothing. Our lives mean nothing
