Serious concerns about care and billing practices.
I saw Weisstuch. My appts with him were uncomfortable. It felt as though he didn’t take me seriously, and this was more pronounced after I mentioned anxiety. If you’re a woman with anxiety (or anything of that nature), I would refrain from telling him if you hope to get unbiased care. Nothing was accomplished under his care, but my PCP was happy to help and the issue got resolved. Additionally, I received a letter from a debt collection agency for a ridiculous amount. This office never sent me a bill on the portal or to my home, so why this was sent to a debt collection agency is beyond me. They had my contact info, as it was provided to the debt collection agency, and they still opted to go this route instead of simply billing me. This experience has been alarming and raises serious concerns about the their billing practices. I’m fortunate I was able to resolve this, but I worry for patients who may face unnecessary financial and medical hardship as a result. Proceed with caution.
