The front desk is horrible towards the patients. They show no sympathy for the sick children that are patients there and have no willingness to even attempt to work with the parents to schedule appointments when needed asap due to illness. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait on hold for 20 min every time you call and then get treated like you are inconveniencing the front desk when your children get sick.

Extremely frustrated with the staff. While I love my doctor, I've had myriad issues with medication refills through the staff. After a pharmacy issue, I called the after hours line on a Saturday only to be told they "wouldn't call in" a prescription on a "weekend". Isn't that the point of the after hours line? Now I'm completely OUT of a medication I need for at least two days because of a "policy" of the practice manager/owner. Unbelievable that they refuse to help a long time patient when it's needed the most!!
