Unprofessional and inconsiderate

I cannot recommend this practice. They do not reliably keep appointments. After having cataract surgery and subsequent laser treatments I was given an appointment for a follow up. That appointment was RESCHEDULED BY THEM THREE TIMES. When I arrange my schedule weeks in advance I do not appreciate them not respecting my time in such a manner.
