I had called the office requesting an earlier appointment, explained my situation and unbeknownst to me, had the practice manager on the phone booking me an appointment. She listened to me, was sympathetic and went so far as to say, that won't do, let's get you in here and feeling better. I did see the provider who spent time with me discussing options for a plan of care. What was an extremely difficult and emotional time for me, my concerns were treated with sincerity and genuine care from Barbara answering the phone to Dr. Taylor seeing me in the office. 20 minutes of time in their was life changing for me. When I went back for a check up today I was overcome with emotion from gratitude. I would refer to Dr. Taylor anytime, but it's the staff on the other end of the phone that makes or breaks and office, and this staff is nothing less than top notch.
