Unresponsive/incompetent office staff
I had the best GP ever, Dr Albin. Unfortunately he has left Connecticut. You will not get to speak to anyone within 20 minutes of calling New Milford Medical Group - EVER (I've been a patient for several years). They even changed the messaging system to restrict access to the medical staff. My most recent experience was the failure to change a Rx dosage that Dr Leonardi had agreed to work with my therapist on. He was contacted several times over two weeks with no results. Now the Rx was made inactive by New Milford Medical Group, not updated, and now I'm out. Office staff don't seem to care about professionalism or customer service. Last month promised labs were not ordered, so my specialists did not have current data to work with. I do not recommend them.
