Scadd Detox

It's was as good of an experience as one could expect. It's detox.. The staff are all great. I'm kinda a mean guy while on benzos,( used to treat alcohol detox ) and the staff remained patient with me. They work hard. There are nurses, and counselors if you want to seek treatment afterwards. You're giving medication to keep you comfortable. The place is extremely clean, and one huge shout out has to go to the chef. Highly recommend!

very unprofessional staff, instead of taking the time to help people who are experiencing a manic episode or panic attacks they rather laugh at you from behind the doors of their office and keep watching their netflix series. the hardest part of this process is finally admitting defeat and seeking help, if you cant comprehend that on a human level this job is not for you, this process isnt supposed to be easy but after you finally get to this step and go into a facility the last thing you need is the people who are supposed to be caring for you to make you feel like an outcast or make the process harder than it needs to be. instead of watching your tv shows, why dont you guys take 5 minutes out of your "busy" work schedule to try and understand why someone is acting the way they are? instead of assuming they are doing it just to cause problems. most of the people who work in these places are recovered addicts and it baffles me that they can act like this.
