I cannot say anything negative about this office (Wallingford).

Excellent office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. David Jay Altszuler were incredibly soft-spoken, calm, professional, friendly, and awesome. Lauren, the medical assistant I initially spoke to before seeing Dr. A, was equally so. Kindness reigns in this practice, and I cannot recommend them enough. Even Megan, in technical support, called me back and assisted with the app when I couldn't log in. This is the kind of medical practice that seems to be disappearing. Dr. A never once looked at his watch and answered all my questions. I have a hard time with anxiety and used to have panic attacks due to an infant surgery. This is an extraordinary place.

First of all, I did not have to wait long. I arrived on time, and was called in within five minutes. Secondly, the person that did the procedures prior to my visit (Lauren) with the doctor was friendly and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Altszuler then arrived. He is just the kind of doctor that you want. He asked many questions, and, best of all, answered my questions using terms that I could really understand. I learned a great deal in the ten minutes that I spent with him. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
