Supportive Staff and Environment
Once weekly therapy hasn't proven to be effective for my child up to this point. I was given information for Hopewell's IOP for tweens and am so thankful. My child loves coming to group, is learning new skills and is beginning to apply what they're learning to help regulate their big emotions. The staff has been supportive and is always willing to answer my calls and follow up with any questions or concerns I have. It's been a game changer for my family, and I highly recommend using them if you're needing support with your children.

Med staff was highly knowledgable, front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Will be coming back and recommending to family and friends.

Cancelled multiple times, nothing resolved
I had four scheduled appointments total and she cancelled two of them, with both cancellations being the day of when I had already driven all the way there. The other two times I was there nothing got accomplished. At one point she made me go through a bunch of cards while she stepped out of the room and when she came back we didn't even touch on anything at all. She brought her puppy which is cute but clearly puppys need attention which makes me think her focus isn't really there. She kept trying to schedule on days I couldn't do. I finally decided to cancel all future appointments and never got an apology for the final cancellation.
