Bad practice
MAs are rude. They hold your medications hostage, hang up on you, ignore your pharmacy's requests for refills and 'Don't have time to call patients'. After a decade of seeing the same provider I'm leaving this practice. This used to be an amazing place with warm, caring, empathetic, staff. It has sunk very, very low. It's terrifying when they refuse to fill a blood pressure medication because 'There are no providers available'. The pharmacist called them directly because I only had 3 days left on my blood pressure medication that they had been notified about a refill a week previously, but they still refused to fill it. This practice is dangerous to your health. They are supposed to be responsible for my care and meds until I can see my new provider, but they won't do it. Scary place.

Great doctor, front desk seems to be untrained
Love Dr. Burnett, but it takes more than a great doctor to make a great practice. Front desk seems untrained and they seem not to know the importance of some medications. Been a patient for years, never missed an appointment, yet they won't give me a week worth of a daily med to make it until my appointment next week.!? What?! Have to be seen today, as if my blood work will be back today. Sadly its time to find a new provider.
