Unhelpful. I was looking for a CV19 test. Staff ignored me upon my arrival. I had to capture the attention of one staffer. After sending me back to my car to complete a registration form, I returned to the front office. I was ignored again and had to ask for help. I was given a ticket #, told to return to my car, and asked to wait for a phone call. A time was not provided. The staff called and asked for information not in the original questionnaire. I explained that I simply wanted a test and should not be required to provide more information. The staff told me that someone would be out soon to take my vitals and gather the sample. I was told to wait again. I asked how long it would be, and that it would help if they could text me the results. I explained bluntly that I was missing appointments. The staff told me that a call would be impossible and that I would need to wait another ten minutes for the NP to bring the results. My results were negative. The NP explained
