The office on Tutt Blvd. in Colorado Springs is incompetent with regards to their billing Dept. I am being told that my United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan 1 does not cover Lab blood draws including PSA and Cholesterol screening as well as a Physical exam. That is absolutely ridiculous and completely incorrect. After giving them proof that I am covered they still insist I am wrong. DO NOT TRUST these Idiots.
