First off, I can check in on line which saves time. The nurse who I believe was named John was very friendly in taking my vitals and getting me ready for the Dr. Dr. Crosgrove is the best of the best as far as doctors go. She really listens to what I say. If needed she’ll make referrals to other specialists or for tests. She’s extremely patient and answers all my questions. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. The pharmacy was very efficient. In and out in ten minutes. The lab…well they are hit and miss. Sometimes it’s a great experience, but if you get one of the phlebotomist, be prepared for a bit of a cranky experience. I had to ask her not to raise her voice at me after asking a question. Everyone else I’ve dealt with has been fine. I’m a difficult draw and most manage to get blood on the first or second attempt. Overall this is a great facility with doctors like Doctor Crosgrove leaving the way. Many thanks to her for her kindness, patience, and for always listening.
