Sadly, customer service it not what it use to be. Individuals in the billing department are clueless. I paid upon service, and over-paid. I received a refund. I advised them of this situation; plus my doctors office used an incorrect code on billing, and they could reissue a bill to the insurance company, if they felt they did not get paid. Again, I sent a letter and called - my insurance company even called and advised them to resubmit if necessary however everything should have been paid through insurance. They continue to send me a bill even though calling. I will never go to this location ever again. Their processes are broken even though I called, wrote letters, and had my insurance company call, etc. Perhaps this review will have individuals use other Imaging Centers.

I was quoted one price for my ultrasounds and paid the day of the appointment then was sent an invoice for nearly as much in the mail. The billing center maintains they cannot see the invoices paid at the hospital. Just getting the run around and being told that this invoice is for doctors bill. Making it up as they go along.
