Referral Coordinator, Imelda, is impossible to get a hold of; phone call always goes to voicemail and never return calls after leaving a message. She has no no sense of urgency even if patient is in pain and badly needs a Specialist. Receptionist who answers the calls in National City is very rude as well. Don't pick a primary care that belongs to this medical group. It will only leave you without help when you get sick.
