Not well organized
Had trouble scheduling a suitable time for an out patient procedure. Lots of complex, small print paperwork that requires more initial, signatures and dates then I have seen in a long time had to be filled out. They don’t provide a enough time to adequately read. They were unwilling to let you read them in advance of appointment. Ironically, no health questions until about go in the operating room. Very strange. Nurses and support staff were nice. Can’t say that for front and back office.
