North Coast Cardiology

This was by far the worst Doctor office I've ever been to. I saw the NP Connie. Once I entered the office I sat in the weird waiting room. I checked in and started filling out some paperwork. Two employees were in a room next to the waiting room and chatting and laughing. I could hear every word they were saying and it wasn't an appropriate conversation to have when patients are sitting in the waiting room. I was then called back and the was put into an exam room. When I got to my room, the employees in the back office were chatting and laughing extremely loud. The NP knocked on the door and upon entering the exam room I was in, continued her conversation with the people in the back office. She finally entered the room and wasn't friendly at all. In fact, most of the staff members here weren't friendly. This place seemed like a joke. All of the chit chat and laughing was very unprofessional. The unfriendliness of all staff members, made this place unwelcoming.
