Very rude, harsh and unprofessional front office employee whose name was carolina, who doesn’t know how to deal with patient, who can hang up phone on the patient without satisfying the permanent patient, maybe she doesn’t aware she earns her salary with our patient’s money so she should provide high and professional service if there is head or manager in that clinic they should fix her bad attitude otherwise they will lose patient because of her. I will change my pcp because of her very bad, rude treatment provided by her. Take steps to make sure that your staff is appropriately educated how to do high customer service. I will advise everyone to stay away from this clinic because of staff very bad service including her.
