The fellow in “billing” was rude and uncooperative with me and with my insurance representative. He acted as though he couldn’t be wrong. Told me I would owe $50 for a visit in April. The bill was submitted May 18 and received by insurance on October 1 and payment made October 7 for $134?? I was called by Aspire October 8. A bit of courteous cooperation on his part could may have resolved the conflict. But not with his attitude. He should be dismissed!!!
