Poor Customer Service
Went for a hernia surgery consult on May 17, 2023. Was told that the surgery scheduler would contact soon to schedule surgery. After 10 days, started calling and leaving messages to see status. Then began leaving messages via patient portal to no avail. On June 12, after never getting return call or any type of communication, contacted Medicare who referred to a different surgeon.
