Banner Health Clinic Primary CR

Bad experience on Friday, July 16th. Made an appt last week. Dr was booked but they called back the following day and said they could squeeze me in. The person who called me said, "Looks like you won the lottery, we can squeeze you in Friday, July 16th at 9am." I wrote down date and time. I showed up Friday and was told, sorry, we don't see you down for an appointment. I shared the conversation I had had with the person who had called me but they just looked at me as if I were lying or stupid. There was nothing they could do for me. I left thinking just how unprofessional and careless Banner Health Center was and I still feel that way. In the future I will record all future conversations with Banner. Too bad it has come down to this!!!
