Granite Orthopaedics

I had a terrible experience here. Normally the staff at Granite Orthopedics is excellent. But after my recent visit I won’t come back. I made an emergency apt for a bad fall and hurt my knee and shoulder. As I walked into the exam room I attempted to make small talk and was told “I’m not here to chat”. I was then asked “Why are you coming here” I replied that I fell and hurt my shoulder” before I could finish I was told that they won’t give me any prescriptions. I replied that I just need an examination and that I am past my deductible and so don’t mind getting MRI’s. That was when I heard an under the breath comment about being a drug addict. They said they won’t look at my knee. I was confused because I had made the apt for both. That was when I was informed that my appointment was cancelled. No exam, no imaging, and no respect. When leaving I overheard them in the back laughing about it and saying they don’t need anymore patients anyway.
