Efficient
Straight-to-the-point medicine. Pulls no punches and tells you the way it is. He will answer your questions and he gets his work done in a very timely manner. Usually I am in and out of the office within 20 minutes. I never have to wait and always on time. The office runs smoothly. He is very nice.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews.
I think people in these reviews are turned off because he is direct. He doesn't waste any time on small talk. He seems more introverted and data driven. Based on my experience with him, I think people are mistaking his personality type for him being rude. He gets directly to the point. He answered my questions and told me what to expect. He is efficient, he doesn't waste time. You're not left sitting in the waiting room for extended periods of time. He gets you in and out quickly.

Will not return to this office - EVER
Dr Patel is rude - told me 3 times my Thyroid is dead..wouldn’t look me in the eye - doesn’t bother to read lab reports- doesn’t return calls in a timely manner. His wife is also extremely rude and unpleasant.
