On hold for over 45 minutes. Drove into the office requested to speak to the office manager. Receptionist was rude! Said she informed the office manager of my request. The office manager never showed, I requested a call which I never received. The professional are great! Office management is horrible. They do not act on request for refills submitted by the prescribing physician. Speaking with someone one the phone after my 45 minutes on hold, I learned that the protocol for dealing with faxed request for refills is not managed by any one person and could sit for weeks! No one sitting behind the glass appear to be happy. No smiles or warm greetings!

Dr. Monroe and his other medical professionals are excellent, very caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and just provide great medical care.

I really wanted a new PCM that met my needs as a patient. I certainly can understand things not done quite right, but I can't tolerate the following: - Promoting the patient portal and then not answering my messages - Ordering a blood test that requires an appointment at your location, only to be told that your location can't do the test after arriving at my appointment - Being told to go to an outside lab for the same blood test, only to find out that my insurance has to authorize after arriving at my appointment - Calling me and not leaving a message The following are the things not done quite right: - Asking to correct my email on the portal. Being told my email is corrected. But it is not - Asking for help on creating a password for the portal and not getting an answer - Asking for my routine prescription to go to Express Scripts, but you sent it to Walgreen's Good luck in the future. You are going to need it
