The staff is polite, friendly and professional. The office are clean. All the care providers are are very detailed in their exam process. I love innovative Primary Care.

I had liked the PAs I’ve seen previously but the rate of turn over here is a concern. Even bigger concern though is that for my most recent appointment, the provider was 40 min late, came in and never introduced herself, asked me the same question multiple times because she didn’t listen, didn’t answer any of my questions, then walked out to “go find out if they run this test here or offsite” and NEVER CAME BACK, leaving me waiting in the room for 20 minutes until the medical assistant came in and asked what I was waiting for. I was there for 1 hour, 45 minutes, didn’t actually have any questions answered or issue resolved and was only offered a $30 credit back. Absolutely terrible experience and I won’t be back. The provider I saw is not listed on the drop down.

Very Efficient and Professional.

I have been very blessed the last 15 years to have Dr. Levitt for my physician. She is truly one in a million! She is very thorough, thoughtful, kind and everything you would ever want your doctor to be. Dr. Levitt is not only a good listener and she never hurry’s and she explains in layman’s terms everything you need to know for the problems you are there for. Often Dr. Levitt will call or text after I have had an appointment to check on my progress. On occasion I have thought about moving but that will not happen as long as I have Dr. Levitt as my physician!

Immuno-compromised and sick again. Got in swiftly was helped and very knowledgeable on all my questions even though it was a double booked appointment still kind and take the time to answer questions everything. Kind quick and caring add knowledgeable and compassionate I can't ask for a better provider

Dr. Sandy Levitt is a one in a million physician. We have been going to her for over 18 years and have received the best health care.

I’ve consistently received great, compassionate care at the Innovative Primary Care facility. In fact, my primary caregiver is Jenna Ford, whom I particularly followed from another facility because she has been so helpful and knowledgeable with many of our (my husband and me), concerns. Most of the staff is also very caring and helpful as well.

My husband and I have been going to Innovative Primary Care for over 5 years now. The group is always professional & caring. We both see Todd Schuster, PA. He spends as much time as needed and makes sure any questions we have are addressed. We highly recommend Todd and this group.

Dr Levitt is very thorough and spends quality time with me to review and explain all my tests and options for care. She genuinely cares for her patients as individuals with individual concerns.

My doctor was very thorough and listened to me. After two years of telling other doctors about some symptoms I have, she paid attention and sent me for a CT Scan. The scan found a large growth in the area of my complaints. She called immediately and sent me for an ultrasound the same day. Finally, I am getting some help. She is also very nice to be around.

Kay Southwell is very knowledgeable and thorough and easy to talk to. She always makes the time.
