Heidi the nurse that works there makes fun of the patients behind their back and is very rude and unprofessional.

Waste of Time & Money
So, they got my husband in to be seen the next day; I'll give them that, but Mr. Kemp was dismissive, uninterested and spent the entity of the appointment recalling details of my husband's medical treatment that were not his (via his medical records, I might add). He also assumed that his treatment from his Ortho doctor was treatment from Pain Management. I would assume you should probably be familiar with the doctors in the area, or at least ask the patient about his treatment. It was a waste of time and money; we will not be continuing his care at this facility.
