I genuinely thought that this place was good, and I was happy to send myself and my family there. The front desk woman that handles billing is AWFUL. I was very disappointed when there was a billing issue, and she decided to take a really awful tone with me after they informed us that we owed over $1,000. That's not how you handle patient care at a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY. The doctors are good, but the front desk? Awful. I canceled all future appointments and won't be going back. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. It's sad to say that, but the disrespect I just experienced was beyond unprofessional.
