I’ve gone here for years. After Dr Holland retired I kept going and liked the energy and attitude of the NP that took over my care. However, I spent two hours waiting to have my blood drawn by staff who seems very aggravated when I politely asked when I’d be heading back. Following that, I have done two in-person visits, left two voicemails, and waited on hold for 25 minutes trying to get a referral the NP said she would have called in and still nothing. I feel as though I have no primary care provider at all and would not recommend them to anyone with their current staff.
