I gave them 1 star and if there had been a zero ,I would have chosen it . Unless you have 2 1/2 hours to wait you might wanna go to the NEA Urgent Care .It wasn't like they were busy , They were all gathered around the desk and laughing and talking ,they didn't have time to give me 5 minutes and let me go . There were several people who checked in after me and they were waited on and left before I was even called back . I will go to the NEA Emergency room before I will go back there !!!! They are not concerned about sick people !!!
