Sylacauga Pediatrics

Dr. Hardy is absolutely amazing, he's the best in our eyes, but this less than mediocre office they're running here is a joke to put it nicely. Upon arrival there's a sign stating to call to check in and wait in your car so we did. We waited in our car for over an hour. I called halfway through and was informed there was one patient ahead of my daughter. In the meantime 3 are called in before us. 1 of which was a lady whom I assume didn't have a phone bc after parking beside me she got out and stuck her head in the door and about 2 mins later someone came out and got her. I also witnessed a handicap child on a walker struggling with the help of his mom and Dr. Rheka to get his walker through the door since it wouldn't open but a third of the way due to the LabCorp pickup containers being on the door preventing it from opening all the way. This is pathetic. A pediatric office that doesn't accommodate even handicap children. Entire practice should be closed!
