Not helpful. The person who saw me changed my words around on documentation papers so as to charge for what I was not there for. Went in for physical and it was documented as office visit. Tried to talk to someone in Management to handle situation and they refused to make proper changes. Never again to this place. The waiting area was not clean and the rest rooms trash can was over flowing with paper towels and we were in the building at 8 am. No cleaning crew or they don't know haw to clean? Very disappointing and costly. Will be looking for new provider.

If I could give this clinic a zero star it would get it. Zero communication skills from their staff, toxic and hateful nursing staff. Waited almost 3 hours to see the dr on just a follow up visit (assuming bc one of the nurses that I told her that she was unprofessional & had zero patient care, kept putting my file to the bottom) to finally have to leave due to another appt for the day. 3 HOURS. Absolutely unacceptable. Dr seemed nice & caring the brief time I seen him the 1st visit but his staff has caused me to NEVER go back and any friends or family that ask my opinion, I will 100% veer them away as well. Clean up your staff, SPC!
