My daughter is seeing a Doctor there (who we do love) and is in her second trimester. She has previously miscarried and is having the same symptoms. We called several times and because they close at 12 on Fridays will not see her but said to go to emergency. We did call at 8am mind you. Then the person I spoke to on the phone hung up on me. The front end staff we have dealt with are terrible and rude and need retraining or to be replaced. I get they are busy but because she has a history of miscarriage you would think that they would see her. I am disappointed and will be looking for someone else to see her.

I was on time for my appointment and after an hour of waiting I had to leave without being seen. They overschedule and don't tell patients that they won't be seen for an hour and cannot provide an estimate on when you will be seen. They blame the fact they only have 2 rooms, but if they know that then why are they scheduling appointments on top of appointments knowing they can't keep them.
