I never had a problem with Dr. Katona I actually like him but Sonya the office manager is the worst person I've ever had to deal with. It takes her nearly 3 weeks to fill out the same fmla paperwork and when she do finally gets it filled out it's incorrect. She could care less about your job deadline. She seems to be really good at telling you lies when you call but not good at all when it comes to doing her job. I think she's incompetent.
