Does not check if your insurance covers procedures before suggesting and performing them and surprises you and leaves you to pay in full at check out 2. I moved after my procedure and gave them my new address out of state, to which they sent me my product. However, they state that they sent my bills to my old address (my mail is still being forwarded, and these were not forwarded to me) after I notified them of my new address. Because I was unaware they sent the bills to the old address, these remained unpaid and they sent to collections. I learned of this through the collections agency and was forced to pay a collections fee of 50% of the original bill. The office was both unapologetic and unhelpful.
