I absolutely love Dr.Kelly Calhoun, she is amazing. I have no complaints about any of the providers there. But, the office staff doesn’t care about if you are sick as a dog because they ignore your, and pharmacy’s, request for a PA so you can get your medicine, for a month. My pharmacy faxed them stating they needed a PA a month ago and they didn’t care to answer or do it. I called them 4 times within 2 weeks, leaving two voicemails and speaking to them twice, to get the PA , and they just TODAY put it in- and that doesn’t count how many times I tried calling and they didn’t answer (hence why I had to leave two voicemails.) I was telling the lady on the phone how sick I was from not having my medicine for so long and she didn’t care at all. Be sure to keep in close communication with your pharmacy so that you can basically harass IBH into doing what they are supposed to so that you can get your medicine. Just ridiculous.(** they don’t have my correct provider to be selected on here.**)

I like my counselor but the office manager does not return calls and the office policy is not to forward complaints to her. She also has no desire to make wrongs right as when I did get around her office staff she did not address the issue nor did she make any offer to resolve the issue. She merely said that’s not our policy and I’m sorry I never called you back.
