I was just here to listen. This woman was mad cause my wife was not here. She was ridiculous. There's only so much time my wife can get off. I had heard nothing good about her and this just proved everybody right. Would not recommend.

Do NOT trust Cheyenne whisenant. She is NOT a good therapist at all. Let alone a good person. She uses your weakness against you in a negative way. Tries everything to get you to trust her. Complains about other people and clients. She breaks client/therapist confidentiality. She over steps boundaries. She will say anything you want to hear. She doesn't mean anything positive. And brings up your past if you dont agree with what she has to say or if she's in a bad mood in a negative way. She's very disrespectful. Find someone else because of her mainly I quit therapy all together. She will make things worse for you than make anything better. Any 5 start ratings are fake. Don't give her your time or money it'll be a HUGE waste. What she's done can't be fix by anyone. She makes promises she can't keep. For your mental health go somewhere else.

Overbooked appointments lead to 1-2 hour wait times. Very little time given to patients due to the scheduling issues. Therapist seemed more concerned with venting about other local doctors than helping patients. The physician acted as if he'd rather be anywhere else than in the office. Was prescribed meds I did not need or ask for that after googling I realized were insanely addictive. Money directly in the trash.

Awesome place that makes you feel like you belong there. They don’t judge you. If your child needs help they are the people to call.

My daughter started therapy on no medication and went to being on 3 different meds at the same time. She is suicidal now. The therapist did not call and make me aware of it. My daughter called me from the parking lot,balling her eyes out. She slmost hit a car on the way home because she was so upset. When I called Cheyenne,she wouldn't give me any info and called me liar about Dr Grant not monitoring her meds. He had her on wellbutrin and Straterra at the same time and she took it just whenever. They kept refilling it. Poor quality of a counselor who gave piss poor care of my daughters mental health.

My Wednesday in person appointment was changed to a telephone interview at her request. After waiting 45 minutes for her call, I called the office and was told I would need to take off work Friday for another call or wait a minimum of two weeks for another appointment. I wasn’t offered an apology or explanation for being blown off. Over booking may work for hotels but not for counseling. I would need recommend them to anyone. I am currently seeking a counselor who shows up for appointments.
