I went to this practice for years. I am diabetic and was struggling with my A1C. It was ok for a while. I did notice that visits were kind of rushed and concerns were pretty much dismissed if they weren't about strictly diabetes. This was my main care provider, so it's not like I could ask another doctor about other health problems. After a while, I wasn't even getting to see the original NP I was used to seeing. I was also treated on the phone when confirming appointments as if I had been missing appointments. My appointments would also start turning into sessions talking about my family and not just me as my family are patients as well. I ultimately have put my health in the hands of another doctor and my A1C has come from 11 down to 7 within the year I have been with the new practice. Just to give context of the kind of 'care' I was receiving.

Their entire staff are absolutely wonderful, I've been with them for close to 5 yrs. Wish I had found them years ago! They actually CARE ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE which is so rare these days! They even do drive up curbside triage when you're sick.
