NO RESPONSE! I never even made it to my first appointment... because no one ever tried to help me schedule that appointment. On October 10th I sent a message using the 'Contact' link on the website - it is now October 29th and I have still not gotten any response. That is equal to 14 business days with no response!!! VERY off-putting & unprofessional. I will be seeking Hypnotherapy elsewhere. If you are going to have a contact form on your website, you need to respond to people in a timely manner. It really sucks, because I was excited & hopeful that she could help me [I am living in a nightmare right now], but I wouldn't trust her to be very reliable after this experience. I was already concerned with the other recent negative review on Google [re: her talking about her own personal life and other patients?!] but I thought maybe it was just a disgruntled patient... after my own experience of being so easily overlooked/ignored though, I think they might be telling the truth!
