She then completed her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2010. In 2013, she completed her Pediatrics residency training at Inova Children's Hospital, where was selected to be Chief Resident for the following year. She was also inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She joined the Virginia Pediatric Group in 2013 and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. In 2013, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from The Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon completion of her pediatrics residency at Inova Children's Hospital, she joined the Virginia Pediatric Group for 4 years before joining Reston Town Center Pediatrics in 2020. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and her special areas of interest in pediatrics are in nutrition, preventive medicine, and mental health. She resides in Arlington with her husband and enjoys running, biking, traveling, and history.
