After graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Ryan continued his education in San Antonio, where he completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery, receiving a well-rounded education in musculoskeletal care. Finally, he completed his fellowship in adult reconstruction at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he had the opportunity to train with leaders in the field of hip and knee replacement. Dr. Ryan has given several presentations and has been published for research in his field. Dr. Ryan is married to an interior designer, with whom he has four children.
