Dr. Carroll earned her medical degree from the Catholic University of The Sacred Heart School of Medicine in Rome, Italy. After completing a fellowship program at the University of Texas Health Science Center, she successfully completed a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Carroll was Chief Obstetrics and Gynecology resident for the academic year 98-99. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association and the Bexar County Medical Society. Dr. Carroll is marriedand has two children. She speaks fluent English, Spanish and Italian.

Foster School of Medicine, in El Paso, Texas.
